IMPORTANT NOTICE

It is the Traveler’s responsibility to thoroughly review these Policies prior to registering for any trip or submitting any payment. These Policies constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Traveler”) and A'Lur-En Mystique®. By enrolling in a trip or making any payments toward a travel experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

Agreement Terms:

These Policies are a legally binding agreement between you, the Traveler (“You,” “Your”), and A'Lur-En Mystique® ("AM Travels"), a limited liability company registered in the State of North Carolina. The agreement is effective upon completion of registration and receipt of your initial payment.

Physical Activity & Mobility Requirements

All tours require a moderate level of physical activity. Travelers must be able to: Walk unassisted, navigate stairs, board and disembark transportation, manage their own luggage. Individual assistance for mobility or personal needs is not provided. Travelers needing assistance must bring a qualified companion.

 

Opting out of activities will not result in a refund.

Room Sharing (If Offered)

Roommates will be assigned if a traveler does not book with a companion. Rooms are non-smoking and typically have two beds. Roommates are matched by gender and, where possible, age. No special roommate requests are accepted. Specify roommate preference at registration. Room type changes are not allowed after final payment.

Trip Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Deposit amount is listed on each itinerary. PayPal is primary. Other methods must be approved. Monthly payments are required. Two missed payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture. Late final payment incurs $250 fee.

Not Included in Tour Cost

Airfare, passport and visa fees, personal items, and items not listed in the itinerary are not included.

Required Traveler Information

Must be over 18. Provide passport copy and travel details by final payment date.

​

Arrival, Transfers & Delays

Travelers must arrive on time. Notify of delays. No reimbursements for missed transfers.

​

Cancellation Policies         

Cancellations must be in writing. No refunds within 30 days of departure. No exceptions.

​

Insurance

Trip cancellation and emergency medical insurance are strongly recommended.

​

Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

Itineraries may change. No liability for events outside of AM Travels’ control.

​

Required Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary documentation. Failure to do so results in cancellation penalties.

​

Departure from a Tour

Disruptive or unfit travelers may be removed without refund. Voluntary early departures also receive no refunds.

​

Use of Third-Party Operators

Some tours include other groups and operators.

​

Media Release

Photos/videos taken on tour may be used for promotion. Opt out in writing by final payment date.

Data Security

We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.

​

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You assume all risks, including injury or death. AM Travels is not responsible for incidents outside their control.

​

Covenant Not to Sue

You agree not to sue AM Travels for any reason related to tour participation.

​

Disclaimer of Warranties

Trips are provided 'as is' with no guarantees. 

​

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AM Travels for any claims or legal issues arising from your participation.

​

Legal Provisions

NC law governs. Prevailing party in legal action may recover attorney's fees. This document is the full agreement.
