Cancellation Policy
A’Lur-En Mystique’s Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to uphold the integrity of our planning process while honoring the commitment of each traveler.
Important Notes
•This policy applies to all A’Lur-Mystique trips
•All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: Toronda.Daniels@Alur-en.com
•Your cancellation is not valid until you receive a written confirmation from A’Lur-Mystique.
Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
•After Initial Deposit is Paid
•All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
•31 Days or More Before Trip Departure
•All payments (excluding deposit) may be refunded minus a 15% cancellation processing fee.
•If any portion of the trip includes bookings with third-party vendors, their individual policies will apply.

30 Days or Less Before Trip Departure
•No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the trip start date.
•No refunds will be issued for unused services, no-shows, or late arrivals.

Payment Default or Missed Deadlines
•If two monthly payments are not received as outlined in your payment plan, your reservation is subject to cancellation without a refund.
• Final payments must be made by the published due date. Late final payments will incur a $250 late fee, subject to approval.
Transfer of Reservation
Reservations are non-transferable to another traveler without written approval from A’Lur-Mystique. Transfers are subject to availability and administrative review and may incur additional costs.

Travel Insurance
A’Lur-Mystique strongly recommends that all travelers purchase trip cancellation and travel protection insurance. This helps protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations, illness, emergencies, or trip interruptions. Suggested providers will be provided upon request.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events
In the rare case of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, A’Lur-Mystique reserves the right to offer future travel credit instead of a refund. Each situation will be evaluated in good faith.By registering for a A’Lur-Mystique trip and submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
